If your loved one has a limited amount of funding and has property or a home to sell, in some cases we can work with you to finance long-term care.

CoLTS

Coordination of Long-Term Services, or CoLTS, is a managed care program provided by the State of New Mexico for certain Medicaid participants. CoLTS provides for services such as:

• Physical therapy

Long-term care insurance is available through your insurance company. It generally covers services such as assisted living, respite care, hospice services and dementia or Alzheimer’s care.
